So we absolutely love to cook and have since a very young age. When we aren’t working, or out on the water, we love to experiment in the kitchen. We always look for healthy alternatives to things we crave like a good ole French fry.
So we thought why not make a French fry out of a carrot. We did, and holy moly y’all, these things are GOOD. There isn’t really a recipe to these, so we will give you the best directions we can.
Ingredients:
+Long carrots
+Garlic
+Salt n pepper
+Parmesan
+Olive oil
+Parsley (dried or fresh– we used dried)
Directions:
+Peel and cut carrots into desired French fry size.
+Drizzle just a little olive oil to make sure they have a light coat on them.
+Add garlic, salt n pepper, and parsley. Honestly just put as much or as little as you would like. Toss the carrots and place on a baking sheet.
+Sprinkle Parmesan on top and pop them into the oven at 400 for about 15ish mins.
Super simple, fast and delicious. These are great for a snack or even as a side dish for your lunch or dinner. Enjoy y’all!
